Food banks operate as food redistribution hubs to a network of agency partners, who provide direct food assistance to the community. Many food banks require these agency partners to provide data on the clients they serve each month, but without proper data management and analysis, this data cannot be fully leveraged to monitor agency activity and provide insights on food bank impact. Visualizing this data in a dashboard enables program staff at the food bank to easily monitor their agencies and notice trends in food distribution, as well as flag agencies who fail to submit their monthly reports (see data table page).
